Tiddly Inks Wryn in the fall

Hi there folks....

Here is another fun card using the tiddly inks digi stamps. This stamp is called Wryn in the Fall... and I chose it for the newest Tiddly inks challenge called Autumn Glow.

The first thing I often try to do is to decide on a design for the card I want to make. The colours were already set out for the challenge - we were given colour swatches to use under the theme Autumn Glow. I then selected the papers I would use for the background. The papers are from the collection called The Year Round Stack by DCWV (Diecuts with a view)

The image was printed on watercolour paper and painted with kuretake paints which I normally have on my palette that I added more pink and orange to.. The grass, which was added, was done by flicking my wrist in an upward movement and holding the paint brush higher up the handle.

The pumpkin was drawn onto watercolour paper, painted in yellow orange and green and cut out.

For added effect, I used peach ribbon which I tied in a bow and adhered to back of the matted foreground and two yellow orange gems were also added.

Hope you like this card and that it will encourage you to try new challenges. Feel free to leave me a comment.

Here is another look.
