Simple One layer Monotone Card

Hi there and welcome to another month of christmas goodness here at Sweet Cherry Cards. As a designer for the Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog hop we always try to give you simple but elegant cards. This month is no different.

The card today has been done in blue monotones. Can we say 'blue christmas'? Not the sad one just the colour blue!

Here is the card

Medium- Distress inks and pigment inks
Stamp- Penny Black Season Marvel

Distress Inks used-Broken China, Tumbled Glass, Chipped Sapphire, Peacock Feathers and Blueprint Sketch
Pigment Ink used - Scrapbook.com Premium white Pigment Ink


Steps taken-
1.Stamp the middle tree with tumbled glass, blueprint sketch and white pigment ink
2. Distress the edges of the background with broken chine, tumbled glass, peacock feathers and blueprint sketch
3. Stamp the trees in an offset position using chipped sapphire and White pigment ink.
4. Add the sentiment and adhere to the striped background
